Moin, gibt es die Rezepte auch in deutscher Übersetzung, es sind einige Rezepte die mir gefallen und die ich sehr gerne nachkochen möchte..
now we will repeat the same thing with left 3 layers by oiling between we will pour the rest of the oil on top.and spread it evenly now we will cut it in squares, the corners can be cut triangle and we bake it in the pre -heated oven at 180C and bake it till gets red and ready.

Before we place the dough layer into the baking tray we oil it this is important then we place the first layer carefully into the tray, and we brush with oil, then we place the second layer ( which will be 2nd piece of dough consisting of 5 layers , 1 of the 6 pieces) after the third player placed in the same way we do not oil anymore because we will spread the filling.
and we will put the second layer on top of the first one. we keep repeating the brushing oil on each layer till we get 5 layers on top of eachother we do not brush oil on the top of the last layer
now we will have 6 different pieces of layered dough pieces..now we get the forst 5 layer piece, sprinkle some flour on the basewe press with our finger tips on the doughwe roll this dough again to make a single layer to fit to the size of the cooking tray wrap the layer around the roller
we get the dough and cut in half..we will have 30 pieces in the end..so we cut one half of the dough into 15 pieces and the other as well. so we roll the one half of the dough thinner and longer like a stick, and this way we will have 30 pieces. we will work on each ball to make a layer about the size of desert dish. meanwhile we will ad one small cup of vegetable oil over the melted half package butter, we stir it, we will brush layers, and we will be making more layers exact same way
